
A year has gone by so fast! It has been a great pleasure to be a practicing yogi at Worlds Yoga, UC. Yoga has definitely benefited my life in all aspects of my spirituality, physicality, and especially mentality.
Yoga is my escape. My “me” time. My “gym” time. My time for reflection. I do have to say yoga is a natural healing and a great growing experience. It allows me to focus on my goals, not only in my practice itself, but in life! I can’t wait to deepen my practice and become the best yoga warrior I can be for myself.
2014 yoga goals: *face my fear of being upside down in inversions, *yoga retreat, *get myself a f*ckin’ awesome mat, and lastly spread the yoga love to my friends & family
